NAME: KALSI IGT TOSCANA BIANCO

TYPE OF GRAPES: 100% VERMENTINO
GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION: 100 M. S.L.M.
SOIL TYPE: clay, sand, with an important presence of minerals.

GROWING METHOD: spurred cordon, 9000 plants per hectare.

METHOD OF PRODUCTION: manually harvesting, criomaceration, soft pressing of the bunch with partial rupture of the grapes. Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Aging for 6 months in steel and 3 months in the bottle.

ALCOHOL AVERAGE: 13% VOL

WINE CHARACTERISTICS: straw yellow with greenish reflexes, characterized by a lively freshness while being delicate and balanced, Aromas of mimosa, lime zest, yellow grapefruit, herbs and light white pepper notes. Leaves a clean mouth, with an excellent acid-savory balance & fruity finish
