SOIL TYPE: CLAY, SAND, WITH AN IMPORTANT PRESENCE OF MINERALS.

TRAINING METHOD:
Guyot and cordon, 9.000 plants per hectare.

GROWING METHOD:
manual harvesting of grapes, maceration in vitrified cement vats at a controlled temperature for about 15 days , malolactic in French oak barriques where it remains for 12 months. aging in the bottle for 36 months.

ALCOHOL AVERAGE:
14% VOL

WINE CHARACTERISTICS:
deep ruby red colour, a vanilla base note with elegant aromas of dog roses, wild berry, liquorice, leather and herbaceous and balsamic notes. A punchy palate that invites another taste, fresh and smooth with firm and well made tannins. A mineral and boisé finish
