Here combining Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot has been a rewarding choice over the years. In the month of August, the Merlot harvest begins in the early hours of the morning. A careful selection in the vineyard on the small bunches (about 500 g per plant) gives us a guarantee of maximum quality. The operation is repeated in the first days of September with Cabernet Sauvignon. The result is a full-bodied but elegant wine, complex due to its tertiary aromas deriving from the characteristics of a soil rich in clay and minerals.  PRODUCTION METHOD: Manual harvest of the grapes, maceration in concrete tanks at a temperature of 24&#xB0; where it remains for approximately 21 days, matures for 14 months in French oak barriques before being bottled, after the bottling at least another 12 months of bottle aging.  TASTING NOTES: Intense ruby red hue, aromas of myrtle and eucalyptus emerge on the nose together with blueberry and blackcurrant berries, an evolution of dark chocolate emerges and a hint of leather and spices. In the mouth it is warm and soft, with good structure, velvety tannins and a long finish.</description></oembed>
