The direct evolution of the typical wine of this area of Tuscany, young but with a lot to tell. In this wine, union is strength, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Merlot with a frank character and an important body, an example of how the Suvereto area is an excellence for wine production. These vines combined together create a harmonious explosion of aromas, making this wine extremely pleasant and immediate. It goes easily with delicatessen and grilled meat.
PRODUCTION METHOD:
Manual harvesting of the grapes, fermentation in concrete tanks at a temperature of 24° where it remains on the skins for approximately 18 days, followed by soft pressing with a wooden press and maturation in concrete for 12 months.
TASTING NOTES:
Intense ruby red color with a rich nose with hints of ripe red berries, cherry, strawberry and blackberry with a hint of freshly-mown hay. The palate is very smooth and pleasant in the beginning with a full fruity return supported by nice soft tannins, which creates long persistence with a mineral finish.
